In order to handle the food, it is mandatory for the Young Chefs to have a valid HACCP certificate. For those who do not hold the certificate, the relative test is conveniently available in this area. In this area you also find educational and practice material to consider, required by Italian law.
The deadline to take the test is JULY 26th.
